Winter Specials
6 Month Seasonal Rate: $4587.00 plus $200.00 Electric Deposit and Monthly Electric Bill
5 Month Seasonal Rate: $3859.25 plus $200.00 Electric Deposit and Monthly Electric Bill
(A $500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Required, Season Ends No Later than 4/30)
On Site Storage: 6&6 Only, with Seasonal Reservation $325.00 p/m + elec, (auto pay only)
Dry Storage: Monthly $3.50 p/ft, plus tax. (Limit 1 storage site per rv site, Effective 9/30/2024)
New Long Term Discounted Rate: Long Term Customer paying monthly coming in between Jan & Mar will receive discount as follows:
Jan (27.5%), Feb (25%), Mar (22.5%) off 6 month total from above rates.
